This lesson is appropriate to teenagers and young adults at University who are in a starter level of English. It is important to watch the video three times. The first time you watch, try to get the general idea of what is going on. The second time, you should pause it and repeat twice each phrase. The third time, you should watch it with subtitles and pause it to write down the expressions and guess what they are saying.

Para entender mejor la técnica siendo unas de las primeras lecciones y teniendo en cuenta la falta de contacto real conmigo les pongo aquí traducido los tres pasos que mencioné arriba en inglés. Primero se debe escuchar todo el video sin pausas, sin ninguna ejercitación en especial. Segundo, se va a pausar el video para poder repetir las frases y tercero van a tomar nota de cada una para seguir repitiéndola con los subtitulos.
